The advantages of small size,flexibility and high efficiency of the TLTVs has attracted more and more attentions for providing a new ground traction solution.Due to the effects of construction,environment,weather,materials,and repeated aircraft take-off and landing loads on the surface of the runway,and unsafe handlings traction accidents have caused the occurrence of severe working conditions.The dynamic response of TLTVs system under different working conditions will affect the safety of the traction work and the comfort of driving.In order to guarantee and improve the safety of traction work,the vertical dynamics,longitudinal dynamics and maneuvering dynamics of TLTVs are studied according to the theory of vehicle driving dynamics under multi-operating working conditions.The energy distribution of TLTVs system is analyzed.A 9-degree-of-freedom vibration equation of the 1/2 TLTVs system is established by the Lagrangian method.Then,an Adams virtual prototype is established,and the nonlinear mechanical properties of the landing gear cushioning strut and the influence of the TLTVs suspension are considered in the model.Random unevenness and the impulse input are both investigated.Considering the emergency obstacle avoidance situation that may occur under the braking condition,the comparative simulation is carried out between normal braking and emergency braking.Influence of traction speed on the driving stability of TLTVs is studied,and the factors affecting ride performance are optimized.Results show that medium speed and appropriate suspension parameters can improve ride performance.Finally,kinematics and dynamics of the traction system under steering condition are analyzed.and the equations of motion and dynamic equations in the steering process are established.Simulink model is established to analyze the time domain response of the system under step steering conditions.The methods and conclusions of this work provides further reference for the design and safe operation of TLTVs,it can accelerate the accumulation of experience in structural design and dynamic analysis of TLTVs,it also gives reference for establishment of operating standards and safety evaluation system for the traction work.It is of great significance for reducing the vibration of the landing gear and improving the safety and comfort of the traction work. |
