People's requirements for living environment are gradually increasing due to the improvement of people's living standards,which leads to an increase in building energy consumption.In western of SiChuan and Tibet,building energy mainly come from heating because the annual temperature is low.This area is short of fossil resources and fragile in ecology,but rich in solar energy resources.It is of great significance for energy conservation and environmental protection as well as improving people's living comfort to use solar energy in building heating.In this paper,a hot air PCM thermal storage system is designed for western SiChuan and Tibetan areas.The system is composed of three parts:heat collection,device integrating heat storage and heat release,and air transportation.The operating principle of the system is as follows:during the day,the collector converts solar energy into heat and then passes it to the air;Then fan sends the air to the thermal storage device and heating the phase change material(PCM);At night,the thermal storage device releases the heat through free convection to provide indoor quantity of heat.In this paper,an experimental platform for tubular heat storage heating system was built and tested in Jiangba Village(Kangding,Sichuan).Results show that the temperature of 15 m~2 room can be improved 2~3?at night than control room with50 kg phase change materials;In the system,the operating efficiency of the collector is about 15%;the resistance of the system is 4800Pa;he heat transfer efficiency of the system is 66%;The total efficiency of the system is 8.1%.Aimed at the shortage of thermal storage system with the tubular thermal storage plate,this paper designed an improved model of plate-type thermal storage plate and take experiment in one military barracks in Lhasa.The results showed that the 10 m~2experiment room using 60 kg phase change materials can be increased by largest 7.6?than control room and the average temperature can be improved 2~3?at night.The resistance of the system is 1100Pa~1300Pa,which is much lower than that of the tubular heat storage plate system.The operating efficiency of the collector is 20%~35%;and the heat transfer efficiency of the system is increased to 78%;The total efficiency of the system is 23.4%.
