Integrated Technology Research Of The Turboshaft Engine Data Acquisition System

With the structured wiring technology and computer network technology,turboshaft engine data acquisition system integrates separate equipmentand software into the interrelated,unified and coordinated system,making the resources to be fully shared and ultimately achieving the centralized,efficient and convenient management.As the engine development requires improvement,data acquisition system develops from the original single data acquisition to multidimensional data processing,including real-time engine state judgment,test management,data fusion with the test bed control system,and so on.Combined with technical transformation task of a turboshaft engine test bed,this thesis redesigns the existed data acquisition system and adds some new features,such as the real-time determination of engine performance status,real-time data statistics,automatic pneumatic control of the test bed,etc.Follow-up engine tests prove that this transformation solves some existing practical problems in the test bed at the minimum cost,improving the test capability greatly.
