With the increasingly serious environment problem,energy demand is an urgent need to transition.Wind power is relatively mature in new energy.So wind power industry has been rapid development in China.the developing of the Chinese domestic wind energy industry,the cost competition is getting more and more severe.began in The exhausting wind resource makes the customer and industry giants keep asking for wind turbine becoming larger.As a large wind power key transmission parts of main shaft occupies important position in the wind turbines,In the process of the turbine operation need to carry a variety of load combination.By using FEA to do the design of the wind turbine research has very important significance to meet the strength of the spindle design,fatigue life and dynamic analysis of the requirements.Use the fine design,reliable quality,superior mechanical properties of the main shaft to ensure wind turbine running steady.In this paper,on the basis of relevant research results on strength theory and structural dynamics,First of all,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,According to rolling bearing stiffness curve of the roller using Combin39 to numerical simulation,analyzed the stress distribution of main shaft under the action of ultimate load.Then by combining ANSYS and Ncode,fatigue life analysis was carried out on the spindle,To finish multibody dynamics modeling,dynamic balance analysis,modal analysis.Through the drive torque and feedback torque load of dynamic balance calculation after get 8 order vibration mode And the inherent frequency and within the scope of the natural frequency of excitation frequency map Campbell,looking for suspicious resonance point and the results of the analysis,to obtain the optimal design results.For a large wind turbine bearing parts of reliable basis was provided for the analysis and design,has a certain reference significance.
