The ownership of SUV in china become much higher than before,so people would have more high performance requirement for the vehicles.Currently,not only the power performance,safety,stability.the ergonomic performance also need more high requirement from customer.So,the ergonomic performance is a very important indicator in vehicle design and development.This article base on domestic and foreign advanced technology experience studies,and some ergonomic related laws and regulations research.Tough some engineering experience and so relevant data.To study the commutate of package key size and ergonomic size,and create ergonomic environment 3D model.And same time,create an ergonomic evaluation system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.That would be a good support for new vehicle development in future.This paper the main study and innovation points is in below:1)Study the relationship between package hard point and ergonomic package size base on SAE size.According to engineering experience,create an ergonomic environment 3D model by Catia and CAVA,which could easy get the relationship result between package hard point and ergonomic package size.2)Do the single simulate for ergonomic performance,evaluate the performance form human feeling directly.This method could avoid the effect form other benchmark,that could real feedback people's comfort feeling.That also could support to find the high cost performance area for ergonomic size.3)Create the ergonomic evaluate system with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which system make the fuzzy feeling become exact with digital.That would be helpful to people to do the decision.4)Create the ergonomic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Create an ergonomic comprehensive evaluation system which could get the result by package hard point input.Which combination with ergonomic environment 3D model and ergonomic performance membership degree.That would a lot of engineering development timing and cost,which would much useful for new vehicle develop in future.base one the study with this paper,we could primary get the assess for ergonomic performance with ergonomic evaluate system with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and ergonomic environment 3D model,that would save the timing and cost for vehicle develop and could be the lead for vehicle design.
