The rapid development of society,so that people's performance requirements of the car is getting higher and higher,especially the stability of the car and ride comfort,and these two aspects of performance with the car's suspension system and steering system is closely related,so the Motion analysis of automotive suspension systems and steering systems is necessary.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)In this paper,the mathematical model of the suspension is established by the geometric constraint relation between the structural parts of the McPherson suspension and the motion of the space mechanism,and the space of the hard points on the McPherson suspension Coordinate,and get the change rule of steering characteristic parameter.(2)According to the wheel beating method,the wheels are divided into the same direction,reverse,single round beating.When the steering wheel is fixed,the wheel beating mode does not affect the wheel positioning angle parameter change trend.The three kinds of beating methods correspond to three kinds of actual working conditions.The trend of turning the center deviation and the turning radius is the same when the vehicle is overloaded or loaded(synchronous),steering roll(reverse),and the outer wheel is tilted(single wheel).(3)Taking the Mcpherson suspension and the rear leaf spring suspension as the object of study,the influence of the wheel reverse bounce on the roll steering coefficient and the understeer degree of the front and rear suspension is calculated and analyzed.(4)The motion model of the orthogonal model is analyzed,and the change trend of the steering angle of the McPherson suspension model and the orthogonal model is obtained.So the orthogonal model can not be used to simplify the McPherson suspension.(5)When the height of the rack is changed,the influence of the wheel beating on the wheel positioning parameters,the steering radius,the steering center deviation and the tilting coefficient of the front suspension is analyzed,and the change rule is clarified and it is expected to help the design and installation of the subsequent steering,Has a certain theoretical and practical value.
