Pneumatic tools to create and popularize the development of human society to provide a safe and efficient to the principle of compressed air power plant.People use it to carry out mechanized operations,get rid of heavy manual work,reducing labor intensity,greatly enhance the efficiency and quality of work,and even do some difficult to deal with the original processing.Because of its small size,light weight,high efficiency and safe and reliable,so in the automotive,aerospace,home appliances,shipbuilding,locomotives and other fields are more common.In today's society,most of the assembly of parts and equipment are connected with threads in the production machine industry.If manual assembly requires a lot of labor,the use of pneumatic tools can save a lot of manpower and reduce the labor cost.Based on the development history of wind pull tools at home and abroad,this paper introduces the main structure of wind trigger and their advantages and disadvantages,and the main research methods of wind trigger at present.The principle of energy conversion is similar to the principle of wind power generation.It is the process of converting wind energy into mechanical energy.According to energy conversion principle and hydrodynamics principle,the wind energy and wind of impulse wind trigger are analyzed.The air momentum model of the impulse wind trigger was analyzed and established with the Betz model.The structure and working process of impact wind trigger are analyzed,and the impactor of impulse wind trigger is calculated theoretically.By analyzing the common breakage of the impactor,the physical properties of the impactor are eliminated,and the fracture of the impactor is further explored and the reason of the fracture is fatigue wear.The three-dimensional model of the impinger structure of the impulsive wind trigger was established by means of the finite element method.The boundary condition and the constraint load were applied to further analyze the distribution of the stress field and the deformation of the impactor under repeated impact and friction.Analysis to determine the fatigue life of the situation.According to the result,the structure of the impactor is improved and the strength of the structure is improved by combining with the actual production.
