Dynamic balancing machine is the key equipment for the production of large power station turbine,gas turbine and subsequent nuclear power turbine.Due to the design method,the method and the calculation condition,the early equipment in our country in the performance,strength design has a lot of margin.The performance and strength of the existing equipment is studied and evaluated by means of modern means.It can greatly improve the ability of the existing equipment,improve the efficiency and save expenses.The research objective is to provide reliable basis and conclusions for the feasibility of 105 ton rotor balancing test on the high speed dynamic balancing machine,by the dynamic test of the high speed dynamic balancing machine,DH-11 and DH-12 dynamic balancing machine and the strength calculation of the high speed dynamic balancing machine.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the mechanical structure of the high-speed balancing machine and the swinging frame is briefly introduced,and the theoretical formulas of dynamic stiffness and natural frequency of the oscillating frame are deduced.Secondly,the finite element method is used to carry out modal analysis,response analysis,static strength calculation and transient stress calculation of dynamic strength in resonance range.The calculation results show that the static strength of the bearing support can meet the design requirements,and,under the resonance excitation of the 105 t rotor,the dynamic strength and the stability are also consistent with the relevant strength evaluation criteria.Finally,the vibration characteristics of the type high speed dynamic balancing machine are analyzed by the method of hammering,and the results are compared with the test results of DH-12 and DH-11.The test results show that the type has the maximum stiffness in the specified range(40-90Hz),and its carrying capacity is not lower than that of DH-11 and DH-12.In summary,it can be concluded that,under normal operating conditions,105 tons of rotor dynamic balancing test can be done on the high speed dynamic balancing machine.
