With the continuous development of the commercialized society,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce.How to improve the competitiveness of products is the most concerned topic of enterprise managers.This requires enterprise managers to continuously and rapidly upgrade their products.How to manage the schedule of the project during the development process of the upgrade iteration is a problem that we need to explore in depth.This paper starts from the actual project,analyzes the schedule management process,finds out the existing problems,and proposes the optimization plan,thus ensuring the smooth implementation of the proj ect and providing experience for the development of other proj ects.This paper analyzes and optimizes the schedule management process of the project from the intelligent air conditioner project.Firstly,the related theories of proj ect management,the background of the company,the background of the project,the overview of the project,the original schedule of the project,and the relevant theoretical analysis of the project management are used to derive the problem in the original schedule.Secondly,according to the problem found,the work breakdown structure technology(WBS)in the schedule management theory is used to decompose the intelligent air conditioner project,and the program evaluation and review technique(PERT)is used to analyze the duration of each task in the project.In order to prevent the project from having unfavorable factors such as student syndrome and procrastination,the Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)is used to supplement the PERT technology,and multiple buffer spaces were set up for the project operation,thus further ensuring the smooth operation of the project.Through the above process,the network roadmap was redesigned,the human resources were redistributed,and the project milestones were set.Then formulate relevant actions and monitoring measures,starting from the following main aspects:First,the organizational structure of the proj ect is re-adjusted to ensure the optimization of the proj ect organization structure.second,the implementation process of the proj ect tasks is formulated,and different executors and responsible persons are assigned to the project tasks to ensure the effective implementation of the project tasks.Third,establish the project’s schedule benchmark plan,use MS Project to assist project schedule management,establish proj ect milestones and establish an effective demand change mechanism for the project.Fourth,establish an effective communication mechanism for the project team,including communication content and Design the communication method.Fifth,establish an effective evaluation system for the proj ect to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally,the overall optimization situation is summarized,and the prospect of continuing research in the proj ect field is proposed.This paper combines project management theory with project practice to provide a good schedule management example for other projects in the future,and promotes the use of project management domain knowledge to solve problems encountered in practical proj ects,and ultimately achieves the goal of improving social productivity.
