At present,domestic doctors during ultrasound testing.especially for ultrasound examination of the deep tissues such as gynecology and abdominal aorta.Need to pressurize the probe to make the image clear.Usually,the pressure is applied by the hand of the medical examiner.When medical staff conducts a ultrasound examination,the hand pressure on the probe for a long time will damage the hand joints and Cause tissue damage.In response to this situation This topic designed a medical ultrasound probe booster.The main purpose is to help the doctor avoid the Damage of the wrist joint caused by long-term hand exertion.At the same time,it can avoid the consequences of unclear and misdiagnosis of ultrasound imaging due to insufficient strength of the hand-squeezing ultrasound probe during the ultrasound examination.This design is mainly composed of frame and transmission components.The frame part consists of three-armed arms,which serve to support and position.The stepping motor installed on the robotic arm is controlled by the 51 microcontroller as the main transmission component,and the screw and the probe are driven to amplify and cancel the force.In terms of force control.In terms of force control the Sensor signals are used for feedback control and automatic control adjustment.The utility model has the advantages of simple operation,small volume,high sensitivity and high safety.Its better to reduce the medical staff's workload.Ultrasonic probe assist system designed in this paper.The function of the Motor drive section,Pressure sensor signal acquisition section and Pressure display section has been verified by simulation.I believe that it will be applied clinically in the near future.
