The large number of emerging new structure of large-span cantilever and the existing structural function transformation have led to the widespread adoption of cantilevered scaffolding.The reasonable selection and design of the cantilevered scaffolding are directly related to the safety of the new cantilever structure.Based on the joint support of the Shanxi Provincial Joint Training Base Talent Training Program(2016JD11),as well as based on the results of existing research,the numerical simulation study of static and impact numerical values of cantilevered scaffolding was conducted.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the research status of cantilevered scaffoldings at home and abroad,the characteristics of typical cantilevered scaffolding engineering accidents were summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of different types of cantilevered scaffoldings were compared and analyzed.Consideringthe new and existing building functional requirements and combined with existing scaffolding structural stress performance characteristics,a set of assembled large cantilever steel pipe scaffolding structure system was proposed formulti-tall buildings.(2)Aiming at influences of cantilevered scaffolding static performance,the five cantilevered spans L(3.0m,3.3m,3.6m,3.9m and 4.2m)and three cantilevered layers H(3.0m,3.6m and 4.2m)were discussed.The corresponding allowable deflection limit and ultimate bearing capacity of cantilevered scaffolding were obtained.The ultimate bearing capacity is about1 ~ 3.25 times of the working load;At the same time,themain factor affecting the ultimate bearing capacity of the scaffolding is the cantilever length.The cantilever layer height has little effect on its ultimate bearing capacity.(3)The numerical simulation of the scaffolding structure under the impact was analysed by ABAQUS finite element software.The influence of the structural dynamic performance of the different impact points(0,L/4,L/2,L)on the chord of scaffolding was mainly discussed,and the most unfavorable impact point at L/4 was obtained;The impacted parameters(cantilever length and cantilever height of scaffolding)and impact parameters(weight and speed of drop hammer)on the dynamic response of structure were discussed respectively.It was concluded that the main impact factor was the cantilever length and the impact factor was the speed of the drop hammer on the dynamic performance of scaffolding.(4)Combined with a project case of Datong,the structural system of the scaffolding mentioned in the article and actual structural system were compared and analyzed by main indicators such as safety and economy.The new scaffolding structure system is safe,feasible and economical!...
