Research On The Configuration And Countermeasures Of Community Elderly Facilities Of Nanjing

As a multifunctional old-age service complex,community old-age facilities play an important supporting role for the development of community old-age care,and the configuration of old-age facilities is the key to play a role.The article starts with the overall idea of "put forward problems-analyze problems-solve problems".Firstly,based on Maslow's demand level theory,social embedding theory and social care theory,the theory of social care conducts theoretical analysis of the elderly's needs for old-age facilities,and at the same time takes the needs of the elderly.As an entry point,To study the characteristics of the elderly,understand the real needs of the elderly,and provide a basis for the rational allocation of service facilities.Secondly,with the aim of achieving a fair and effective allocation of community old-age service facilities,we conducted field surveys and questionnaires to comprehensively understand the current situation of the allocation of community old-age service facilities in Nanjing and the needs of the elderly for old-age service,and found that the spatial distribution of resources in community old-age facilities is not reasonable.Imbalanced ratio;The function of the community home pension service center is missing,and it can not meet the needs of the elderly's diversified pension service.The confusion over the name of the facility and the shortage of professionals and the poor quality of services.Finally,in view of the problems found in the above studies,suggestions are put forward from three aspects: the overall configuration of service facilities,spatial layout planning and policy.Among them,the overall configuration includes: the allocation of facilities and the distribution of the elderly population are coordinated,and meet the real needs of the elderly,train professionals to improve the quality of service,and improve the community old-age service system.In the layout planning,it is proposed to integrate community resources and increase the number of old-age beds;With the development of the times,explore the development of a new model of combining medical care.At the policy level,it is recommended to improve the relevant facilities and implement the policy.We will give more guidance to preferential policies and encourage and promote diversified development.We will coordinate the development of urban and rural planning and pay attention to flexibility and coordination among indicators.
