In order to reduce the traffic pressure brought by the continuous growth of urban population,many cities have built or are building urban metro system,especially first-tier and second-tier cities.Although metro is a low-carbon and environmental public transport,it consumes a huge amount of electricity.Therefore,how to reduce the energy consumption of metro train is particularly important.There are many factors that affect the energy consumption of metro train,including train conditions,vehicle speed,operating environment and driving habits.Monitoring the various energy consumption indicators and analyzing their influence factors can improve the metro system management and formulate reasonable operational plans to finally improve the system efficiency.At present,the existing system has been able to achieve real-time data monitoring,but the measurement accuracy is still low.When the device fails,the cause of the failure cannot be ascertained in time,and the historical data cannot be saved and graphically displayed.This thesis proposes an energy consumption recorder software for urban metro system,which uses a ZYNQ chip as the main control unit.The data is collected by voltage and current sensors at different nodes.After conversion by the A/D converter,the digital output is transmitted to the data processing module through Ethernet communication,then various power and energy consumption are calculated.The storage of data in a binary file format facilitates later analysis and maintenance.After that,the data is reported to the Train Control and Management System(TCMS)by Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB),in order to realize voltage,current over-limit monitoring and equipment fault reporting.Meanwhile,the computer software can query historical data or monitor real-time data on the train,and the data can be exported and graphically displayed.Finally,more than 300 sets of tests are carried out according to the voltage and current range that may occur in the field.The experimental results show that the data measurement accuracy meets the established requirements,the data processing is real-time,and the system functions meet the actual application scenes.At the same time,it can be well connected to the TCMS.The energy consumption data of all trains are aggregated to the ground vehicle energy management system for unified management.At present,the system has been put into use.
