Research On China's Cruise Tourism Policy

Although China is rich in Marine tourism resources,compared with the world's two major cruise tourism industry regions,the Mediterranean region and the Caribbean region,China's cruise tourism industry started relatively late.Entering the 21 st century,China has further strengthened investment and policy support in cruise tourism,which has promoted the comprehensive development of cruise tourism in port cities.But the globalization of China's cruise tourism industry is not fast.At present,China's cruise tourism industry mainly depends on regional tourism policies.The analysis of the current tourism policies can further promote the development of regional tourism.Although the structure of tourism policy is relatively complete,there are many problems,such as the complexity of the main body of policy making and the difficulty of policy implementation.This research mainly by using policy econometric analysis,statistical analysis and content analysis,focusing on the analysis to explore the policy issued subject and their mutual relations,policy and promote the internal logic and trend,our country is analyzed on the cruise tourism related policy background and compatibility,and discusses the means and measures of cruise tourism related policies in China,and China's cruise travel related policy implementation effect.In addition,this study puts forward some Suggestions on the existing problems and root causes of cruise tourism related policies in China,so as to make contributions to the promotion and development of tourism policy formulation in China.Specifically,this research is based on the related theory,the concept and research scope,defining the cruise tourism policy by collecting and sorting the relevant municipal above policy since 1969-2019 sample,screening and analysis on cruise tourism policy relating to the cruise related content,analysis of the commonness and difference in what,focus,and study the inner logic of policy making and propulsion,policy background and matching degrees,measures and methods and the effect of implementation.According to the above research process,research conclusions and problems can be drawn,and targeted Suggestions can be put forward.Based on cruise tourism policies in China from 1969 to 2019,comprehensive analysis of samples,and compare the cruise tourism at home and abroad related policies.This article innovation lies in: through the policy text encoding and summary,by the method of econometric analysis,analysis of the characteristics of the cruise tourism policy and the existing problems;Discusses the Chinese cruise tourism policy and advance process,development trend and existing problems,and especially our government tourism policy formulation and implementation of the common problems.This paper finds that the formulation of tourism policy is divorced from the reality of regional development and lack of social supervision.For local governments,it is necessary and necessary to strengthen the reform of tourism policy,find out the problems existing in tourism policy and solve them in time,so as to promote the development of cruise tourism industry with scientifically applicable policies.This paper proposes to improve the public's awareness of cruise tourism and enhance the brand awareness and operational efficiency of cruise tourism in China.In addition,based on the unique historical,natural and cultural resources in China,this paper argues that a reasonable and effective cruise tourism policy should be formulated to promote the development of cruise tourism industry,so that China's cruise tourism industry can achieve substantial and effective development.Based on this,the significance of the research on China's cruise tourism policy lies in: providing reference for the reform of China's cruise tourism policy;providing reference for the formulation and implementation of tourism policy;providing solutions to the related problems in cruise tourism policy;and playing a reference role in promoting the development of China's cruise tourism industry.
