| Asphalt concrete impervious core is applied more and more extensive because of impervious performancevery well,the good capability of adapting deformation,the good durability and capability of cracks self-healing.Inrecent years,there are a lot of resatches about performance of asphalt concrete.And researches are about theperformance of raw materials,the influence of raw materials for asphalt concrete’s performance,the,influence of different forming way of specimen for asphalt concrete’s performance,the change of different mixture for asphalt concrete s performance,the triaxial test and trabecular bending test.But there is little researches about construction of asphalt concrete core.In this paper,do comprehensive analysis and research on the process of JinPing asphalt concrete impervious core’sconstruction.Finish and research systematically the several link’sinformation of asphalt concrete core from design to construction.And do targetedly researches about applicability of using acid granite as aggregate,in order to providingscientific basis for selecting widely material of asphalt concrete.Do plenty of test when determining construction mix,and research that changing of the filler s content,changing of the asphalt’s content and using some natural sand in different ratio influence on porosity of asphalt concrete,bending strain of asphalt concrete,marshall flow and marshall stability at the same time.Provide scientific and objective basis for designing mix.The purpose of the scene trial authenticates recommended mix in scene environment.The purpose of the scene trial authenticates recommended mix in scene environment.Determine construction mix and check application of construction equipment at the same time.Transporting mixture,paving and rolling is in accordance with determining construction technology.Check the performance of asphalt concrete after roll in g and determine complete construction process and reasonable construction parameters. |
