Studay On Quality Management Of Asphalt Concrete Core Wall

Asp halt concrete core wall has been well developed in h ydraulic seepage control structure by virtue of its good impermeability,high mechanized construction degree and economic applicability.However,due to unreasonable mix ratio of asphalt concrete,unstable gradation of mineral materials,inaccurate control of construction parameters and the like,engineering quality accidents still occur from time to time.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the quality management of asphalt concrete core wall.Firstly,on the basis of laboratory tests,this paper analyses the influencing factors of asphalt concrete performance.The performance index and technical requirements of asphalt concrete raw materials for core wall are expounded.The relationship between gradation index,asphalt-aggregate ratio and filler content and asphalt concrete porosity,splitting strength and splitting displacement index is analyzed by grey correlation analysis method.The influence degree of each parameter on a performance index of asphalt concrete is determined.T,his provides a basis for asphalt concrete mix design and construction quality management.Secondly,the whole construction process of asphalt concrete core wall is analyzed,including construction preparation,asphalt mixture preparation,asphalt mixture transportation,asphalt mixture paving,asphalt mixture rolling and special construction process,and the quality control points of each stage are defined.On this basis,the causal diagram analysis method is applied to identify the key factors affecting the construction quality of asphalt concrete core wall.Finally,the quality control index system for asphalt concrete core wall is established,and on the basis of probability theory and mathematical statistics,the construction quality dynamic control m ethod is used to analyze and judge the construction quality of asphalt concrete core wall combined with specific engineering examples,so as to realize the dynamic control of construction quality and ensure the engineering quality.
