Since the US Naval War Center successfully developed an efficient and cost-effective 81mm gliding guided mortar shell in 2016,the guidance of small-caliber conventional artillery shells has been increasingly valued by various countries in recent years.Related products are available.In this paper,the 81mm fixed-wing double-rotation guided projectile is taken as the research object,and the flight signal acquisition and processing method and implementation method in the terminal guidance section are studied,including the following aspects.The paper first introduces the control theory and method of general guided projectiles,and further explains the system composition and control principle of the double-rotor guided projectiles.Secondly,it analyzes the seeker signal in flight signal,IDT-ZMID5201 angle detection signal,Beidou navigation.The detection principle and sampling method of signal and piezoelectric ground-finding signal,and study the relationship between flight signal and syngas power of actuator,and derive the control vector guidance algorithm for attitude adjustment;then,according to the characteristics of four signals,Designed and implemented ARM-based signal acquisition and processing system and hardware of some detection circuits,including minimum control system circuit,wireless communication circuit,angle detection circuit,logic level conversion circuit,data storage circuit,piezoelectric ground-seeking circuit,etc.In addition,the software implements the SPI,IIC,and UART interface sensor drivers by sub-module design,and studies the design of the attitude solving algorithm and the cascade PID algorithm.Finally,the signal detection circuit is tested by the single-axis turntable.Output and driver for each software module,through two-axis We tested the effect of semi-physical control systems.The test results show that the maximum error of the solution attitude angle is-0.50° and the minimum error is-0.02°.The cascade PID algorithm effectively improves the smoothness of the actuator's speed response and reduces the blockage of the stepper motor during the rotation process.The problem of rotation and out-of-step is that the theoretical value of the rotation angle of the actuator is 0.78° and the deviation of the drop point is 14.36m,which basically meets the guidance requirements.It has reference value for the development of 81mm small diameter guided proj ectiles.
