With the development of information technology,intelligence and miniaturization,and new technologies such as electricity,light,magnetism,microelectronics,computer and new materials,precision-guided projectiles are playing an increasingly important role in modern warfare.In order to realize the precision attack and miniaturization of the guided projectile,this paper takes the cross layout projectile as the research control object,studies the terminal guidance control strategy,control circuit and the control system.Realizing the terminal guidance process control of the guided projectile from launching to precision hitting the fixed target.The main research contents are as follows:In view of the"82mm"caliber small projectile as the research object,the projectile body structure,projectile terminal guidance process,tactical requirements,coordinate system and coordinate transformation are described.The trajectory control algorithm of projectile is studied and the terminal guidance control scheme of projectile is proposed.According to the aerodynamic parameters of the small guided projectile,MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the trajectory control of the projectile,which verifies the feasibility of the control algorithm and provides the parameter basis for the research and design of the projectile terminal guidance control system.The control strategy of terminal guidance phase is studied,and the combined laser semi-active self-seeking and GPS/BD guidance control method is proposed,and the target tracking method USES the four-quadrant photo detector capture method and the laser signal locking method.The attitude control system adopts the three-channel control strategy and takes the ground as the reference signal to control the coordination between the fixed rudder blade and the moving rudder blade,so as to realize the accurate control of the trajectory against the fixed target.The hardware circuits of the terminal guidance measurement and control system of the small-sized guided projectile are studied and designed,such as the laser semi-active detector,the signal tracking and holding circuit,the GPS/BD dual-mode positioning combined circuit,the ground finding circuit based on the pressure-sensitive sensor and the steering gear control circuit.The measurement and control software is designed and programmed.The hardware circuit and software program are debugged,and the guidance control system is tested and analyzed on the basis of semi-physical turntable.The test results show that the terminal guidance control method adopted in this paper is reasonable,the design scheme is effective,and the hardware design circuit and software program are feasible.the range of attitude control Angle is within 1~oand the CEP of projectile is within 10m,which meets the tactical index of precision strike.
