Based on careful investigation and data collection of Photovoltaic Power Station and Longyangxia hydropower station in the upper Yellow River,the power generation output characteristics of photovoltaic power station,hydropower station and hydro-photovoltaic complementary station are an alyzed,in addition,the effects of hydro-photovoltaic complementary power generation are qualitatively studied.The research mainly includes:power generation characteristics of photovoltaic power stations under various weather conditions;power generation characteristics of hydropower stations;hydro-photovoltaic complementary rules and output characteristics,control methods and effects.(1)According to the total solar radiation data provided by the photometric station,the power generation of the photovoltaic power station is simulated.The results show that the daily output is relatively larger in sunny day,and the largest output appears in winter,while smaller daily output is in the case of sunrny to cloudy and cloudy,and the smallest output appears in rainy and overcast days.The monthly power generation output is relatively larger from November to March,and relatively smaller from June to October.The annual power generation output is relatively stable,and the minimum value is 98%of the average annual power generation output.(2)According to the historical data of flow,the power generation output of Longyangxia Hydropower Station is simulated.The results show that the daily output of the hydropower station is smaller at 4:00-5:00 and larger at 19:00?21:00,respectively corresponding to the system load is lower and higher.The average hourly output of Longyangxia Hydropower Station from November to March is less than that from April to October,but the trend of output change is similar.(3)According to the characteristics of the tasks undertaken by Longyangxia Hydropower Station,the hydro-photovoltaic complementary rules are determined:Under the premise of meeting the comprehensive utilization of flood control,power generation,irrigation,etc.of Longyangxia Hydropower Station and the corresponding cascade hydropower stations and the stable operation of Longyangxia Hydropower Station,using the station to supplement the insufficient out of photovoltaic power stations.Decreasing the output of Longyangxia Hydropower Station when the power generation of the photovoltaic power station is large and the power load is low,and increasing the output in other periods,ultimately the daily output changes.(4)The function of the hydro-photovoltaic complementary controlling system is analyzed and the corresponding control mode is tested.The results show that the complementary control function can be realized by the established coordinated controlling system.However,the data information of the expanded equipment needs to be improved,and the operating parameters need to be adjusted after expansion.(5)Based on the peak regulation capacity,power transmission mode,water dispatching and power generation of cascade hydropower stations,the impact of complementation is studied.The results show that the situation that hydropower station undertakes system peak regulation changes,but the change will not exceed when it's in the flood season.Therefore,the peaking regulation capacity of the Longyangxia Hydropower Station is not affected.After hydro-photovoltaic complementation,the flow power of the bus-bar and each branch is less than the allowable value generally.The condition that the bus-bar power exceeds the allowable value only happens in the limit transmission mode,however the probability is very small in actual operation.Therefore,power transmission mode of hydropower station is not affected by the complementary system.When hydro-photovoltaic complement scheduling,although the planned outflow process of the hydropower station changes,there is no change for the daily planned out:flow volume,so the water dispatching in the upper reaches of the Yellow River will be not affected.Through the counter-regulation of the Laxiwa Hydropower Station,the outflow for power generation can be the same as before the hydro-photovoltaic complement basically.The storage reservoir inflow of the following cascade power stations is basically unaffected,so the power generation of the cascade power stations are not affected.
