The traction and braking system of urban rail transit vehicles is the key unit responsible for the traction power supply,motor traction control and train braking control,and is an important subsystem of urban rail trarnsit electric bus.The traction and braking training equipment for urban rail transit is based on the application of modern control and engineering technologies such as simulation science and technology,computer science and technology,power electronics technology and software engineering,with the traction subsystem(MCM control unit)and braking control subsystem(KBGM)of the A-type urban rail transit vehicle.A high-concentration and high-simulation information system integrated business platform is designed for the prototype,i.e.traction braking and driving control equipment(hereinafter referred to as "traction braking equipment").Traction braking equipment is a comprehensive drilling platform for teaching and training purposes in medium and advanced rail transit vocational colleges.The traction brake equipment mainly provides the teaching and training functions of the traction and control system structure,principle,operation,folding and maintenance of urban rail transit,and can manage and set up the trainee users and learning tasks,set up the fault,record and evaluate the operation of the training through the instructor machine.The practice proves that the traction brake equipment used in the traction Dynamics Institute of higher vocational colleges has better teaching and training experience,and can satisfy the teaching design requirements of students from shallow to deep,from easy to difficult,from components to system layer by layer.It solves the problem that it is difficult to carry out structural principle teaching and maintenance on the spot.The problem of practical training has explored a new way of thinking of efficient and high-quality learning site equipment and system in Vocational Education classes,and has also provided a new form of training means for China’s modern rail transit vocational education.
