| As a modern transportation installation,urban rail transit has become one of the most important modes of transportation.Its development not only affects the people’s way of life,but also affects the development of the whole national economy.At the same time,with the improvement of energy saving and environmental protection,the research of hybrid traction system including brake energy storage device is also paid more attention.In this thesis,according to the difficult status of the vehicle experiment in rail transit research,the hardware simulation platform of hybrid traction system for urban rail transit is designed based on the train traction system and its operation analysis.The simulation platform adds the braking energy storage module,and forms a hybrid traction system with the power grid.Based on this platform,the simulation of train operation is completed in the laboratory.A hybrid traction energy management strategy of fuzzy sliding average filter is proposed,through the energy utilization and optimal management of hybrid traction system.The implement of the experimental platform is divided into hardware system construction and virtual train control platform design.Firstly,the experimental platform hardware part is divided into three parts including traction control module,load control module and hybrid energy module.The first two modules were simulated with the different inverters and asynchronous motors,using the field orientation control and direct torque control technology.In the part of hybrid energy module,this thesis designs voltage equalization circuit and voltage monitoring system for the energy storage devices to ensure their charge and discharge safety.Secondly,the part of the energy management platform software is designed as a virtual train control platform based on Lab VIEW,which has a convenient man-machine interface.It communicates with the hardware of the system through the data acquisition card and serial port,and controls the whole system run in an orderly manner by this way.The hybrid semi-physical simulation platform is experimentally verified in this thesis.The experimental results show that the semi-physical simulation platform can simulate the traction control through the load control module simulating train resistance during the train operation,and can be used as the experimental platform for traction and train operation. |
