Abstract/Summary:
Double-sided Switched Reluctance Linear Generator(DSRLG)has many advantages,such as simple structure,low cost,high fault tolerance and strong adaptability.It is especially suitable for applications in harsh environments.But the position information of the mover is needed in the operation of the generator.If the position sensor is used to acquire the position information,the volume of the whole power generation system will be increased,and the negative impurity of the system will be increased.The advantages of DSRLG can not be brought into play.This problem can be avoided by using the control mode without position sensor.Firstly,several sensorless control methods of switched reluctance motor are analyzed and compared.Secondly,the basic principle of DSRLG power generation operation is studied,and the hardware experimental platform used in this paper is introduced.Subsequently,a sensorless full-conducted control method is proposed.This method does not need to consider the position information of the mover,and does not need to consider the starting process of the motor.It only needs to chop the phase current on the winding.In the research of full-conducted control method,the model of DSRLG system model is established in MATLAB/simulink software,and simulated on the model,and experimented on the experimental platform.The feasibility of fullconducted control mode is verified by comparing simulation with experiment.Then a method of estimating position based on linear flux segment is proposed,and the method is improved on the basis of full-conducted control.The relationship between the position of the mover and the sampling sequence number is obtained by using onedimensional linear regression equation.At the same time,the position is estimated by using two linear flux segments in one cycle.The comparison of simulation and experimental results proves this method can effectively improve the accuracy of position estimation.Then,on the basis of full-conducted control method and position estimation,a sensorless hybrid control method is proposed.This hybrid control method is based on the full-conducted control of single-phase windings.The full-conducted phase is used to estimate the position of the mover,and the position information is used in the position control of conventional phase windings.
