Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)is widely used for its advantages of low starting current, high starting torque, simple structure and high efficiency. However,in order to achieve high performance speed control of SRM speed control system, accurate acquisition of rotor position angle is the basic prerequisite;in terms of how to obtain SRM rotor position information,SRM without position sensor control has become the focus of research at home and abroad because of its simple structure, low cost and high reliability.Among the proposed SRM position sensorless control methods, the position sensorless control method based on the inductive positioning of its conduction phase has been widely used because of its advantages of occupying less system resources and moderate computational workload, etc. However, this method is affected by the shortcomings of the magnetic circuit saturation, which affects its control effect. The effect is experimentally verified. The main contents of the paper include:1、In response to the problem that the positionless sensing control method based on SRM on-phase inductance positioning is greatly affected by magnetic circuit saturation,a positionless sensor control method of SRM based on line inductance non-saturation zone positioning is proposed. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the position angle between the two adjacent positioning points,a specific calculation method is proposed to determine the rotor position angle based on the two adjacent positioning points, and its effect is verified by simulation. The results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the control method.2、In order to further simplify the control algorithm and improve the real-time control,an SRM control method without position sensor is proposed based on the real-time inductance positioning of the on-state phase.By determining the corresponding on-state interval of the switched reluctance motor and the selection method of the positioning point within the interval, the function relationship between the phase inductance and the saturation current of the positioning point is studied, and the actual current of the on-state phase is detected in real time to estimate the rotor position angle according to the function relationship. The results show that the method effectively eliminates the effect of saturation current on the accuracy of its rotor position angle estimation, thus effectively improving its control effect without position sensors.3、Using TMS320F28335 DSP as the system control core, the hardware circuit and control software design of the switched reluctance motor speed control system were carried out,and a corresponding experimental device was developed on this basis, according to which the above theoretical study was further experimentally verified.
