Design And Implementation Of 95598 SMS Management Service Platform For Tibet Power Grid

In Tibet,the customer service of power companies has been under challenges in terms of culture,geography and environment.It is necessary to further optimize the service environment quality,satisfy the people’s need in work and life and provide social energy services.By using modern network information technology to track the business process,to gather the electricity consumption information and to promote the knowledge about safe use of electricity,is always an important issue of Tibet’s electric power company.The reconstruction SMS service platform is necessary because the old platform can’t meet the demand of timeliness and application of Tibet’s electric power company.The new SMS service platform is based on the analysis and research of the electricity market in Tibet,electricity business service,knowledge about safe use of electricity and other business process.At the same time,translation between Chinese and Tibetan should be considered because the Tibetan people who only understand Tibetans have bad experience in electricity business service.The 95598 SMS service platform of Tibet’s electric power company adopts Spring+MVC framework designs,and socket+ programming communication technology has been used.All the function modules are loosely coupled,including of SMS generation,Tibetan-Chinese translation,automatic SMS sending,SMS gateway,abnormal monitoring,platform management,etc.In addition,secret information management and Tibetan-Chinese translation has been discussed in this thesis.The background and research status of SMS service platform are given in this paper.Based on the user requirements,the problems with old SMS service platform has been analyzed.The construction of the new SMS service platform strictly abides by the project construction requirements and software development process.The software framework,architecture model,system architecture,application functions,deployment architecture,and other key technologies of the new SMS service platform have been elaborated,and the testing of functional and performance results are given in the paper.At present,the 95598 SMS service platform of Tibet’s electric power company has realized functions such as mobile number management,Tibetan and Chinese SMS self-assembling,automatic SMS sending and receiving,abnormal management,and Other management functions.In addition,Tibetan-Chinese translation has been realized,and platform has passed all testing of functional and performance.By the put trial operation of the 95598 SMS service platform,it will become an extended terminal for enterprise information systems,an information source for employees,a bond between enterprises and employees,and a comprehensive service platform for electricity customers.It will enhance the mobile information using scope of Tibet’s electric power company,improve the enterprise images and quality of service for the customers mainly include the Tibetan,and promote the development and security of power grid.
