Design Of Calibration System For Fuel Level Sensor Based On Delphi

The fuel level sensor is installed at the bottom of a car engine in the fuel pan,used to detecting the fuel level in the engine.Driver can get the quantity of fuel in the fuel tank based on the value on the oil table,and driver can add more fuel to the fuel tank.In particular,the exact number of oil is extremely important for driver when there is little fuel in the tank.Normal working for oil level sensor can avoid a lot of unnecessary trouble.Therefore,the calibration for oil level sensor calibration is very important.In order to satisfy the oil level sensor calibration work performed efficiently requires not only a friendly user interface,but also have a higher degree of automation,for the development of a computer-controlled calibration system,people can be more convenient and easily control the whole system and improve work efficiency,which has a more important value and practical significance to the production plant to verify the fuel level sensor.In order to improve the efficiency of the system and saving time,the calibration system select Windows XP as platform,and choose the easy-operation Delphi 7.0 as the software platform.Whole system is divided into small modules for the design,including interactive interface design module,data acquisition module,data processing and data storage module.The system selects the Advantech USB-4711 A data acquisition module to achieve serial communication between the lower machine and the upper computer,the oil level sensor calibration data into the PC for real-time display and post-processing features such as calibration data,real-time collection,analysis and inquiry fuel level sensor calibration data.Calibration System calibration data can be exported by Excel report manner,and we can get the fitted curve of fuel level sensor being measured and standard fuel level sensor through the data analysis and processing report.The characteristics of the fuel level sensor parameters can be measured and enough to judge the fuel level sensor can be normal use or not.
