With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of chronic diseases is getting higher and higher.The regulation of chronic diseases needs to be achieved by monitoring various important biochemical parameters of the human body.Uric acid can not only be used as a typical biochemical parameter for gout,but also to indicate a series of concomitant diseases.Because uric acid has a direct or indirect relationship with many related diseases,the regulation of uric acid has become particularly important.There are many methods for detecting uric acid,and each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages.However,including the laboratory's professional testing and clinical application,the detection of uric acid requires specific equipment,and a series of complicated operation steps completed by the professional technical support personnel.This paper attempts to combine electronic information technology to improve the equipment and methods for uric acid detection.Aiming at the problems of high complexity and low portability of existing uric acid detection methods,this paper proposes a uric acid detection system based on photochemical principle and electrochemical principle.Firstly,the system of uric acid detection is simplified by using smart phone and wireless detection equipment,and the operability of the system is improved.Then,the micro-fluid technology is designed to be used as a carrier to realize micro-fast detection.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Study several existing methods for the detection of uric acid.(2)Contrast and summarize a variety of classical uric acid detection methods,the detection process is complex and time consuming,and the popularity is low.To this end,this paper proposes a new idea,that is,the display using the smart phone as the detection result,the wireless detection device integrates the complete circuit and can be connected with the smart phone,thereby realizing the intelligent detection of uric acid,reducing the complexity of detection,and improving the portability and intelligence of the test.(3)In the traditional detection of uric acid,blood samples are in great demand and require complicated blood sample processing.To this end,this paper uses the microfluidic channel as the blood carrier to design a new type of photochemical test strip,which realizes micro-detection and reduces the complexity of blood sample processing.(4)The electrochemical method for detecting uric acid is more accurate,but the interference is greater.To this end,this paper combines blood cell membrane with electrochemical uric acid sensor,and proposes a new structure of electrochemical uric acid test strip.Eliminate interference while ensuring accuracy.(5)Compare the improved photochemical detection system and electrochemical detection system with large biochemical analyzers to verify the accuracy and repeatability of the new design system.(6)The contents of the full text were summarized and considered,and the subsequent work was analyzed and forecasted.
