Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,manufacturing industry is facing a series of changes such as individuation and diversification of products,complexity,systematization and intelligentization of design and manufacturing means,etc.The product design needs to provide more added value and service for users on the basis of satisfying the original functional requirements.The traditional object of product design needs to evolve into a more intelligent and interconnected object of complex product design,and the manufacturing model that used to be dominated by a single mechanical design needs to be transformed into an interdisciplinary and complex systems engineering This brings unprecedented challenges to product design decision-making: from an enterprise perspective,in order to respond to the increasingly diverse user and market design needs,enterprises require effective decision-making,management and reorganization of Complex Product Design Processes To improve the co-ordination and parallelism of the design process in order to reduce design iterations,shorten design cycle,and improve design efficiency;from the systems engineering point of view,in the case of product design information is lost,inaccurate or incomplete,the collaborative integration and effective coupling of multi-domain and multi-discipline complex knowledge and information are required to provide data and information reference for complex product design decision-making.Therefore,how to carry on the complex product design collaborative decision-making,becomes the design decision-making theory research urgently to be solved the question.At present,the research on product design decision-making has attracted the attention of scholars,and some research results have appeared.However,most of these research results focus on the design decision-making process in a single stage or a combination stage It does not cover the whole product design cycle,lacks the coordination mechanism to unify,systematize and standardize the design process,and has some problems such as single decision result,uncertainty or limitation,which leads to the design process redundancy It reduces the quality and efficiency of design,and is difficult to solve the problem of collaborative decision and planning in the process of complex product design.This paper relies on the project of Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education "Research on Decision-making Method and Integrated Platform Construction for the Whole Process of Product Development for General Users"(18YJAZH048).Based on the existing research results,aiming at the problems existing in the decision-making process of complex product design,this paper constructs the complexity of pre-design requirement positioning,mid-term technical characteristics mapping,and later conceptual scheme selection.The whole cycle collaborative decision-making mechanism of product design.The purpose and significance of the research are as follows: at the theoretical and methodological level,a pertinent design cycle collaborative decision-making method is proposed to achieve the matching and synergy of complex product design process with market,technology,resources and other fields,multi-disciplinary and complex knowledge and information,enrich and improve the research of relevant product design decision-making methods,and help to promote the theory of complex product design.At the applied research level,it provides a standardized and institutionalized design decision-making mechanism for the product design and development process of relevant enterprises,so as to accurately grasp key information,quickly complete complex analysis and systematic evaluation of execution,obtain more consistent and high-quality decision-making,improve design efficiency and reduce design costs.This paper mainly carries out the following innovative research work:(1)Based on the analysis of the basic concepts,connotations and characteristics of complex product design,Hall's three-dimensional structural element model of complex product design is used to describe the decision-making problems in the process of complex product design,and then,based on the results of the division of design cycle stages,the decision-making problems in each stage of the whole cycle of complex product design are extracted,including: the early stage.Aiming at the decision-making problems in these three stages,a collaborative decision-making model(SDH)for the whole cycle of complex product design is constructed,and the research framework of decision-making problems in each stage of SDH is given.These basic research frameworks provide a systematic research system for the whole-cycle collaborative decision-making of complex product design,and provide a theoretical basis for further methodological research and application research.(2)Aiming at the problem of collaborative decision-making of design requirement positioning in the early stage,based on the analysis of the actual background of the research problem,the source of user design requirement information is clarified,and the object and content are provided for the mining and analysis of design requirement information.On the basis of constructing the data mining and analysis model of design requirement information,the data mining mode and requirement of design requirement are deeply analyzed.The method of information visualization and the algorithm of importance of demand information were used to mine and analyze the user demand information of 4LZ-1.0B combine harvester.(3)Aiming at the cooperative decision-making problem of mid-term technology characteristic mapping,based on the analysis of the actual background of the research,the basic functions and structure forms of technology characteristic mapping house of quality(HOQ)are discussed,and four construction stages of HOQ are analyzed,including quality planning,technology characteristic development,correlation coefficient matrix and technology planning stages.Based on this model,4LZ-1.0B combination is built.The target value of harvester's technical characteristics is analyzed.(4)Aiming at the cooperative decision-making problem of the later conceptual scheme selection,based on the analysis of the actual background of the research problem,this paper puts forward the problems of multi-granularity and multi-semantics in the traditional group decision-making process,as well as the complexity of determining the coexistence of linguistic variables and uncertain linguistic variables;summarizes the basic knowledge of linguistic information decision-making theory;and proposes a complex language.A multi-granularity mixed linguistic variable decision-making model under information environment can objectively and accurately describe the fuzziness or uncertainty of expert evaluation information and ensure the optimal results.A series of product design cases of 4LZ-1.0B self-propelled caterpillar grain combine were used to validate and analyze the methods proposed in each chapter.The results show that the SDH of complex product design based on data mining,HOQ and linguistic information decision theory is feasible and effective,enriching and expanding.The theoretical research of product design decision-making has strong theoretical significance and application value.
