With the construction of large bridges,deep-water buildings and water conservancy buildings,the construction of hydraulic structures in the deep water area has become more and more visible in people's field of vision.In order to create a dry construction environment,people from the beginning of the pipe pile foundation to the cofferdam technology behind,to the current caisson,sinking technology,engineers We have been able to overcome most of the complex geological conditions.Then,the foundation pit excavation and the construction of structures are completed in the dry state.This paper discusses the application of lock steel pipe pile cofferdam in deep water foundation for the diversion project of dike angle water plant.The system explains the construction process and precautions of the whole steel pipe pile cofferdam.The traditional calculation method was used to design the steel pipe pile cofferdam.The depth calculation,stability calculation and internal support strength check of the steel pipe pile were completed.The preliminary static analysis of the cofferdam was carried out using the finite element software MIDAS-CIVIL.Then use the finite element calculation software MIDAS-GTS to carry out analysis and check in the construction process.By establishing a cofferdam structure model,the construction process of the real environment is simulated,and the calculation of each process is compared.Analyze its stress and deformation.In addition,due to the particularity of the project,a new type of co-pile type cofferdam was adopted,and the new cofferdam form was compared with the traditional cofferdam form.The application and advantages and disadvantages of the two cofferdam forms were discussed.Further,through finite element analysis,the changes of stress and deformation are compared to provide guidance for the design and construction of the cofferdam.In this paper,the steel pipe pile cofferdam is used as a whole structure to analyze the force,which improves the accuracy and provides a more accurate basis for design and construction.At the same time,the comparison shows that the co-pile type cofferdam has a certain degree of deformation over the traditional cofferdam form,but has little effect on the stress distribution.It provides powerful theoretical support and guides the design for the establishment of such a pile-type cofferdam in the future project.
