Talent rejuvenating strategy is a primary strategy for our country in twenty first Century.Implementation of this strategy in fact related to the progress and long-term development of our country's economy and society.If the company want to keep advantage in competition,the most important thing is to establish efficient talent management system,construct favorable pullulating environment for talent to reach their full potential,completes a series of work which selects and cultivates talent,combined the talent development and business strategy.Firstly,through the introduction of the background of thesis selection,it points out the practical significance of the research.Through reading the relevant literatures,it analyzes the field of the research and establishes the research ideas,researches methods and general framework.Secondly,based on the analysis of the base information,strategic positions and organizational structure of H Company,this paper studies the situation of business strategy and talent of H Company,explores the specialty structure,academic structure and age structure of existing staff,and accordingly studies the situation of talent management.Through the definition of the group's talent resources,the presentation of the talent strategic plan and the research of the talent resource planning process,from this put forward the urgency,necessity and significance of the company's talent resource planning.Finally,through the analysis of the status of the group's talents,it provides support for the follow up talent strategy formulation.The PEST analysis method is used to analyze the policy and legal environment,economic environment,social cultural environment and technological environment.The SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company's talent management.According to the strategic direction of the company,the corresponding strategies for the development of talents are formulated,and the corresponding counter measures are put forward.
