Research On Urban Planning And Management In Yumen

The city is an important carrier of economic and social development and people's production and life.Since the relocation of Yumen,where the government relocated its resident,the urban infrastructure and the level of public service and management sustained improvement.Urban planning and management have played an important role in promoting the economic development of Yumen,optimizing the layout of urban and rural areas,improving urban functions,and improving people's well-being.However,because of the impact of multiple factors,there are still some outstanding problems in the planning and management of Yumen.Through investigation and study,Yumen neglected the dynamics of urban development in planning,planning couldn,t keep up with the development of cities,and the planning was not rigid enough.There is a lack of thinking and communication between departments in planning implementation.Ineffective work and low public participation in planning supervision and inspection.For example,insufficient rigidity in urban planning,after planning management approval,lack of clarity in planning and management responsibilities and low public participation.After analyzing the causes of these problems,putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: First,we need to effectively change the concept of planning and preparation,incorporate the concepts of people-oriented,low-carbon economy and cultural protection,and adopt a scientific and reasonable plan for urban space layout through urban planning,make rational and intensive use of land,and avoid “large-scale demolition and construction”.More attention to urban design and collaborative development.Second,we need to strictly follow the Law on Urban and Rural Planning to ensure continuity and seriousness of planning.We need to actively communicate and cooperate with various departments,strictly implement various regulations in accordance with statutory procedures,control the total size of land used for construction,adhere to the bottom line of various types of protection,and eliminate any form of destructive development.Third,we need to continuously strengthen the concept of public services in urban planning and management,pay attention to sustainable social,economic and environmental development,listen to and adopt more opinions and suggestions from experts and the public,and broaden the channels for public participation in urban planning and management.This thesis uses the literature research method to collect and collate the literature materials of Yumen city planning and construction management by looking at books,periodicals,networks,newspapers,archives.Through researching the city planning and management situation since the relocation of Yumen was studied,and obtaining some objective information by reading documents,finding data,and observing field surveys.Using the empirical analysis method,Yumen was analyzed as the specific research object.From the aspects of planning preparation,planning implementation,and planning supervision,it found some outstanding problems in urban planning management in Yumen.In the end,analyzing the reasons and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Avoid a disconnect between theory and practice.
