Roundness have a significant influence on the rotary parts.Especially that the gears and shafts in the dual-clutch transmission,according to the transmission design requirement which needs to high speed rotate and transfer torque.Which means that if roundness is unqualified,during the operation of transmission is more easy to have abnormal noise,and the abnormal noise of transmission is the primary complaint which need to be solved.So it is necessary to deep research the roundness of dual-cultch transmission's gears and shafts.The study is researched a kind of dual-clutch transmission abnormal noise problem as the breakthrough point.By using the NVH test and analysis method,ABA exchange test and correlation analysis method which find that output shaft roundness unqualified is the root cause of the transmission abnormal noise.By using the harmonic order analysis,the SPIOC chart and the fishbone diagram to find out the factors which one have impact with the roundness.By using quick improvement method to rapid improve,and using the filter design and optimization design method in Minitab software to improve the roundness.Finally eliminate the dual-clutch transmission abnormal noise by improving the roundness.The main achievements of this study are:1)It is proved that roundness has a direct effect on certain types of dual-clutch transmission's abnormal noise.2)The method(NVH,ABA and corrlation analysis)used in the roundness effect analysis which are also suitable for the other types of transmission abnormal noise analysis.3)According to the theory and correlation test which is proved that harmonic order analysis method can be used to analysis the harmonic order failure which is exist in the roundnees error.4)The root cause is always the process have some abnormal factor when the harmonic order result is abnormal.The abnormal factor of this research is : clamping method and position is not reasonable.5)Accroding to the DOE filter design method which is able to filter out the key factors in the process of machining.6)Accroding to the DOE optimization method which is able to find the best machining scenario.7)Using the DOE method which is able to improve the roundness quality and reduce the harmonic order value.
