Vibro Ripper,a new type of broken hammer,has great differences in the structure with hydraulic hammer.It's more quiet and efficient in working.At present,there are many enterprises producing high frequency crushing hammer,and it also has the problem that equipment is too weight in the course of actual using,which cause the drivers too much weight to balance it,so improving the mobility of the vehicle and decreasing weight,structure optimization design is urgently needed,In this paper,the object of study,shell of SV-60,produced by Shanghai Shining mechanical technology co.,LTD,will be the object of the topology optimization design.Based on SV-60,we will use the virtual prototyping technology to design development in vibro ripper.According to the result of dynamic simulation can obtain several typical condition of vibro ripper,and according to the force of the different working conditions,the original plan for vibro ripper shell statics analysis and modal analysis,and based on the several typical working condition of topology optimization design to the shell.The main work is as follows:(1)The establishment of dynamic model of vibro ripper,based on the ADAMS software to build the virtual prototype of high frequency hammer,and the feasibility of the model was verified through the experiment,through the virtual prototype can obtain the force of the rod up and down and the pressure of the air spring,the vibration frequency of the shell is obtained.(2)Vibro Ripper shell finite element model is established based on its working conditions and structural characteristics,including statics analysis and modal analysis,statics analysis include the strain analysis and stress analysis under different working conditions on the shell.Through modal analysis,get the shell's top six order mode and its vibration frequency,and we can use the data of virtual prototype to compare with the experimental condition.(3)Topology optimization design of the shell is carried out in OptiStruct software that based on the variable density method according to the constraint conditions,then we can obtain the 3 d model of shell topology optimization,which provides theoretical basis and decision reference for the overall design and structure design of the shell.(4)The redesign of the shell is carried out according to the 3 d model of topology optimization shell,and do the finite element analysis,by comparing with the original scheme,including static analysis,modal analysis,and the weight of the shell,weight loos 155.7Kg,that's 11% of the total weight.It is proved that the topology optimization design of the shell is feasible.
