The vibro ripper is a new type hydraulic impact hammer, which is a physical device and controlled by mechanical hydraulic, mechanical and digital signal. The crushing energy provided by vibration exciter, the hydraulic motor supplies for energy which drives the eccentric block. The final energy provided by the excavator hydraulic system. A pair of eccentric wheel produces centrifugal force at the same time. With the development of China’s infrastructure and the controls of blast and noise by the government. Because of the high efficiency and the lower noise of the vibro ripper,more and more people take attention on it. So how to improve the quality and mechanical properties of the vibro ripper is becoming increasingly important problem. Especially in this embarrassing situation now.This thesis is on the base of product of Shanghai Shing company. After knowing about the simulation and optimization technology for vibro ripper home and abroad, we formulate the dynamic simulation analysis and experimental analysis. Based on the two methods, the physical model and the virtual prototype of hydraulic hammer are optimized to improve its property. They are summarized as follows:Firstly of all, drawing a there-dimensional vibro ripper established with CATIA,import it into ADAMS with the interface of software. We should establish the input and output variables are created through setting the rotate of hydraulic motor. Which supplies the prototype model for the parameters optimization of the system.To build the mathematical model of position of eccentric wheels in the vibration exciter. There are four real motion statues in a cycle. The control model of system is built in ADAMS/View and the simulation of vibro ripper should be running successfully.Secondly, to do the test in the site, collect the curves of the operating parameters of vibro ripper which are obtained in the different rotate speed and different sites. Analyze the accelerated speed of knife board. It can be seen from the data provided by simulation is similar to the result measured by the test. We can see that the model is reliable and provide for a platform analysis for the vibro ripper..Last, base on method of parametric analysis, through the research of the virtual prototype model of high frequency hydraulic hammer of eccentric gear system about the stiffness parameter and the study about experimental of air spring. Through the post-processing and finite element analysis module of ADAMS, we can get a set of optimal design parameters, and also get more impact energy with the change of parameters. Finite element analysis the key parts of vibro ripper, provide theoretical support to improve the structural stiffness and structural strength of key prats of vibro ripper.Through the above work, virtual prototyping successfully is introduced in the research and development of vibro ripper. This thesis is not only theoretical support but also has practical values, we may have a big commercial value and a good platform for the product. We may have the reliable virtual prototype for comprehensive research and improving the performance of vibro ripper.
