The valve plate is an important friction unit in the friction pair of the hydraulic travelling motor.The modern hydraulic transmission technology is generally developing toward high speed and high pressure,which put forward higher requirements for the working performance and service life of the valve plate.Surface texture technology has become a research hotspot in the field of friction in recent years,as it can increase the film support force between friction pairs,reduce the wear by friction and improve the lubrication performance between friction pairs.The successful application of surface texture technology in mechanical friction parts,mechanical lubrication seals,sliding bearings and other friction pairs provides an effective way to improve the friction and lubrication performance of the valve plate.Fluid-solid coupling mechanics,as a branch of mechanics,is originated from fluid mechanics and solid mechanics,it mainly studies the influence of solid deformation on fluid and the influence of the change of flow field on solid deformation.During the operation of high-speed motor,the elasticity deformation in valve plate has an important impact on its friction and lubrication performance.In order to improve the oil film performance of the valve plate,study the influence of surface texture variety,parameters and fluid-solid coupling on the texturing of the valve plate oil film performance and optimize the friction and lubrication performance of the valve plate,the mathematical model of travelling motor valve plate is established firstly.The oil film thickness and pressure equation of motor valve plate are deduced theoretically,and the Reynolds equation is solved by the adoption of usual finite difference method,thus the film thickness and pressure distribution diagram of the valve plate without surface texture are obtained.Secondly,three different surface texture models,including spherical surface texture,cylindrical surface texture and square surface texture model are established.The study of the effects of different surface texture shapes and parameters on the performance of the valve plate proved that the surface texture can increase the resultant force of the oil film of the valve plate,and different surface texture shapes and parameters have different influence on the performance of the valve plate.There exists the optimal cylindrical surface texture and parameters that can promote oil film performance the most.Finally,considering the influence of fluid-solid coupling on the valve plate without surface texture and optimal texturing valve plate,the results show that,considering the fluid-solid coupling,as the oil film thickness of the valve plate increases,the resultant force of the oil film decreases.
