Abstract/Summary:
The simulation turntable is a semi-physical simulation device that simulates the various operating attitudes of a vehicle in flight,and its performance indicators directly affect the accuracy of the simulation results.Surface texture can effectively improve the tribological performance of the friction surface,so this paper investigates the effect of surface texture on the friction performance of the motor blade and stator friction substrate,and selects the surface texture that can be used for the friction substrate,to improve the performance of the motor.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large amount of relevant literature at home and abroad,the friction reduction mechanism of surface texture and the influence of its parameters on the friction lubrication performance of friction pairs are outlined,and the application status of surface texture in the field of hydraulic components is summarized to lay the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,the discrete Reynolds equation is solved by the difference method in MATLAB software to calculate the oil film load capacity of the texture,and by comparing the oil film load capacity of different surface textures,the texture with the highest oil film capacity is selected as the optimal texture,and then the influence of the geometric parameters of the surface texture on the lubrication performance of the friction substrate is analyzed.Again,single-factor and orthogonal test plan are designed with the maximum positive pressure of the oil film as the optimization target,and the fluid model of the texture with different morphology and geometric parameters is simulated and calculated by FLUENT software.The relationship between the maximum positive pressure of the oil film,the load carrying capacity and the friction coefficient is analyzed.The optimal surface textures are compared and then applied to the motor blade and stator friction substrate.Then,the fluid-structure interaction simulation model of the blade and stator friction pair is established,and LS-DYNA software is applied for simulation calculation to analyze the influence of surface texture on the friction performance of the friction pair by taking the flow state of oil during motion and the maximum equivalent force of the blade specimen as the research object.Finally,the optimal structure of the weave is processed on the test specimen based on the simulation calculation and the friction test is conducted to analyze the effect of the surface texture on the friction performance of the friction surface by comparing the friction coefficient of the textured surface with the friction surface of the smooth surface at different speeds and loads.
