The Research On Early-stage Entrepreneurial Space Of Zhongguancun District

With the emergence and development of knowledge economy and innovative economy,the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship is highlighted by the development of knowledge economy and innovative economy.The early-stage entrepreneurial space in big cities has become the main space carrier for innovation and entrepreneurship activities and gathering resources and elements of entrepreneurship.The purpose of this paper,through the research of the early-stage entrepreneurial space in the Zhongguancun region,is to provide optimization suggestions for planning layout and policy formulation of the high-density of intelligence district in big cities.Based on the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship,the theory of social space and the theory of deep urbanization,through the previous social research,in the perspective of spatial demand and initial supply of space,a research framework for early entrepreneurial space in Zhongguancun was built.The main content of the study is the entrepreneurial office space of the early-stage entrepreneurs.It also includes the analysis of living space,entrepreneurial service facilities and institutions,policy conditions and social services.Through comparative analysis of demand and supply,the following problems are found:(1)The contradiction between the demand of the early-stage entrepreneurs crowd to the central urban area(Zhongguancun core area)and the high cost of urban central business and limited urban space resources.(2)The service level of entrepreneurial office space is uneven,lack of professional,diversified and independent service capabilities.(3)In northern Haidian,urban space resources are relatively adequate,but public services and entrepreneurial services are inadequate.(4)There is insufficient matching between urban space utilization and entrepreneurial function in Zhongguancun.The resources needed to enhance entrepreneurial function are limited and difficult to transform.(5)Ordinary residential areas are abundant in supply and limited in demand.The entrepreneurial community are limited in supply but There is a great potential for demand.(6)The policy support for the initial entrepreneurs is not enough,the examination and approval procedures are complex,and the relevant policies are lagging behind.In view of the above problems,this paper,using the theory and method of "social space",combined with the actual situation in Zhongguancun,summed up the social subjects of six major supply and demand entrepreneurship factors including government,universities and scientific research institutes,investment developers,large and medium-sized technological enterprises,the early-stage entrepreneurs and citizens.By defining the functional characteristics of the six subjects and combing the relationship between the main bodies,this paper sums up the entrepreneurial ecosystem relationship pattern of the six main subjects,which are composed of "point to point" and "point tochain".Finally,the optimization of supply and demand elements of entrepreneurship in Zhongguancun core area is taken as an empirical study.In this paper,the planning countermeasures,policy recommendations and relevant conclusions of Zhongguancun's early-stage entrepreneurial space are summarized as follows:(1)To guide all kinds of initial business resources to gather around the entrepreneurial office space to form a group of innovative and entrepreneurial activities.(2)Provide low-cost,diversified entrepreneurial communities for initial business owners,including increased rental housing and entrepreneurial communities.(3)Making full use of urban stock space resources to enhance the service function of innovation and entrepreneurship,basic service facilities and green communication space.(4)To establish a joint governance system of government,society and market,and establish the mechanism of collaborative innovation,entrepreneurship and resource sharing among different subjects in the entrepreneurial space?(5)To strengthen the policy support for the early-stage entrepreneurs and protect their social integration.
