As a new type of energy storage power source,new energy lithium battery has developed rapidly in recent years.Many manufacturers have invested heavily in the construction of fully automated production lines to enhance their competitiveness in order to seize the dominant position in the market.In this paper,a lithium battery manufacturer’s first phase of automated logistics system project as the research object,based on helping them to establish their own characteristics of automated logistics system.Through the research on the related theories of planning and design of automated three-dimensional warehouse,this paper understands the most advanced planning and design methods at present.According to the specific situation of the lithium power company,the logistics process of battery production process is planned and designed sequentially,and the basic layout of the two three-dimensional warehouses is planned and designed.Finally,according to the production process logistics process and the layout of the three-dimensional warehouse.The layout of the whole logistics system is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process.Because the whole system is huge and complex,it is not enough to only plan and layout,but also to make corresponding planning and design for the selection and configuration of logistics equipment to meet the needs of the project.The design of logistics equipment mainly includes the design of main capability parameters of equipment.The selection of goods storage strategy will directly affect the efficiency of goods turnover in the reservoir area,thus affecting the overall efficiency of the logistics system.The mathematical model of goods location allocation is established and solved by using genetic algorithm related knowledge,so as to obtain a relatively optimized model of goods location allocation,so as to improve the efficiency of the system and improve the utilization rate of equipment.Finally,Demo3 D is used to build the model and parameterize the model.Through various connection functions,the devices and sensors can be well connected into an organic whole.Through the operation model,the required data can be output.By analyzing these data lines,we can know whether the plan is feasible or not.If not,we can adjust the plan accordingly according to the data.After verifying the feasibility of the project through simulation,the final is the implementation of the project.Designing a perfect project management implementation plan can not only improve the efficiency of project implementation,but also reduce the investment in construction and ensure the smooth passage of the project through commissioning and acceptance,which has great reference significance for engineers.
