At the end of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century,many cities in China have put forward plans for the construction of urban central business district.Along with the construction of these large and dense areas,the boundaries of cities expand rapidly outward,resulting in a large number of jobs,enhancing the urban connotation and image.However,the imbalance between work and living is significant,and people's demand for efficient and safe travel is accompanied.Sharp increase.The city invests tremendous resources in the construction of Metro in order to alleviate the pressure of the city and guide the healthy development of the city.However,many CBDs and metro construction lack overall consideration.There are some problems in ground space of metro station area,such as lack of buffer space,unfriendly walking experience,inefficient transfer of public transport,lack of interaction with building space,lack of service facilities and so on.In view of these problems,the national level proposes that the activity space along urban rail transit should be constructed humanely.This paper takes the metro station of the central business district as the research object,and takes the evaluation of the ground space of the station area as the breakthrough point,hoping to judge the rationality of the ground space design of the metro station area through whether the space is efficient and comfortable.In the first chapter of this paper,the background and significance of the study are elaborated,the era background of the ground space in the metro station area of the Central Business District is put forward,the existing problems of this kind of space are elaborated,and the related concepts are defined.At the same time,delimit the research object and scope,and collate the relevant research status at home and abroad,to understand the latest research progress and research trends.The second chapter is about the basic research of ground space in metro station area.Firstly,this paper expounds the types of CBD and Metro stations.Nine CBD stations in Qianjiang New Town of Hangzhou,Jinji Lake of Suzhou and Hexi CBD of Nanjing are selected as research samples.In view of the station area ground space,this paper studies the relevant cases abroad,and summarizes the urban elements that foreign railway peripheral space construction attaches importance to.Secondly,through field research,the sample is preliminarily analyzed from two aspects of spatial morphology and traffic connection,and the common problems of ground space in CBD station area are obtained.In the third chapter,a two-dimensional spatial research method is adopted.Based on the literature research,the dimension system of the station area ground space evaluation system is obtained.Through the measurability of the regulations in the Guidelines for Urban Track Area Planning and Design(hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines),a preliminary factor-level evaluation index is obtained,and the indicators are screened and supplemented,combined with the classification of crowd behavior in business district.The final evaluation index of factor level is obtained.Finally,the quantitative evaluation index system of ground space in station area is constructed.In the fourth chapter,starting from the validity and rationality of spatial quantification,the quantitative methods of evaluation indexes are studied,and the quantitative methods for this study are selected.Based on AHP,the hierarchical structure model is constructed from four levels: general level,system level,element level and factor level.Through judgment matrix and consistency detection,the weights of each index element are calculated,and the measurement table of the quantitative evaluation index system of ground space in station area is obtained.Finally,the basic data of 9 selected research samples are analyzed,and the index results of each site are obtained by using the measurement table of spatial quantitative evaluation index system.Based on the results of the index and the reference value of the factor layer index in the Guidelines,the reference value of the evaluation index of CBD station space in the Yangtze River Delta region is obtained.The reference value is compared with the index of each station,and the shortcomings of the station space are summarized.Finally,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.
