A metering automation terminal is an important device for realizing remote automatic collection of the electric energy data.This thesis introduces a set of software and hardware equipment designed for the metering automation terminal.At present,the parameter configuration of the metering automation terminal is generally manual,with low work efficiency and high error rate.Therefore,this thesis proposes a basic structure and implementation method of intelligent integrated management for metering automation terminals,designs and constructs an intelligent integrated management device for metering automation terminal.This thesis mainly summarizes how important it is to intellectualize metering automation terminal.Considering the practical situation while working,with the parameter configuration of the metering automation terminal,supplemented with the data reading of the metering automation terminal,it's designed an intelligent integrated management device with corresponding functions.Through the test,the feasibility and superiority of the intelligent integrated management device of the metering automation terminal for intelligentizing parameter configuration and data reading are verified.The device has been functionally tested and distributed to the relevant operation and maintenance working team of Shantou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co.,Ltd.for practical application,which is applied for promotion in China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd..The intelligent integrated management device for metering automation terminals studied in this thesis includes hardware platform and software system.It integrates "communication detection,parameter configuration,template management,data reading,record display",and is mainly used for the configuration and inspection of communication parameters of metering automation terminals,as well as the collection and export of various electric energy data.The two functions of one-click parameter configuration and one-click data reading are realized,and they subdivide into: one-key parameters configuration of the metering automation terminal;one-click parameters reading of the multifunction electric watt-hour meter,and one-click parameters configuration of the metering automation terminal that needs the parameters;parameters check of the metering automation terminal,and one-click correction of the abnormality parameters;one-click various electric energy data reading of the metering automation terminal.The application of the device can completely replace the existing parameter configuration mode of the metering automation termina,greatly reduce the cumbersomeness and error rate of manual operation,greatly reduce the parameter configuration time of the metering automation terminal,and improve the commissioning success rate and work efficiency of the metering automation terminal.It helps to increase the online rate of the metering automation terminal,and the integrity of data collected by of the metering automation terminal.At the same time it improve the management level of tele-meter reading system,which has the promotion significance.Its parameter check and data reading and export functions can quickly advance the parameters fault check processing of the metering automation terminal.It is more intuitive of the fault data while working out side,and it helps the fault analysis processing and the calculation of wrong electric quantity correcting.All in all,it improves the work efficiency of the metering automation terminal operation and maintenance.Finally,the thesis puts forward some basic ideas and implementation plans for some parts that have not been fully realized,such as the problems of data transfered to tele-meter reading systemn of the power grid company's,with further prospects for its functions and technologies.for the future measurement automation.laid the foundation for the research of upgrade and large-scale promotion of The intelligent integrated management device for metering automation terminals.As the limitation of the author's knowledge and ability,what the paper exploring and discussing can not be free from shortcoming or mistakes,therefore,please do make your valuable comments.
