The fidelity of the flight simulator determines the feedback of the students,so it is important to study how to improve the fidelity of the flight simulator.The classical leaching algorithm is the analog machine control algorithm which has been mass produced.At present,the motion platform of flight simulator controlled by the classical algorithm has some defects,such as low space utilization rate,human body perceived acceleration error and large perceived angular velocity error,which result in the insufficiently high degree of reappearance.In order to solve the problems above,the platform motion model was established in the MATLAB/simulink toolbox based on the 6-DOF parallel motion system to verify the reliability of the platform extreme motion.Combines vestibular sensory organs perception rule,based on the classical washout algorithm structure this research puts forward a fuzzy intelligent composite control washout algorithm,the introduction of fuzzy logic and the intelligent control theory,the third route to improve the design,the fuzzy controller with fuzzy hsic controller in parallel after make smart composite controller,high-pass filter filter before and after the body feeling error and somatosensory error rate as the input of fuzzy intelligent composite controller,qualcomm acceleration channel controller output is divided into two road,all the way to compensate for high acceleration channel,the other all the way through the proportional control compensation to tilt coordinate channel,Improved algorithm based on the structure of the simulink model is established for simulation,based on the classical washout algorithm,fuzzy control algorithm,fuzzy intelligent composite control washout algorithm under control of the three algorithms to wash out the displacement,wash out the Angle acceleration,human perception,compares and analyses the human perception angular velocity curve comparison results show that fuzzy intelligent composite control washout algorithm control overall trend is consistent with the classical washout algorithm,and the simulator to improve space utilization for five times to wash out the algorithm,the Angle space increased by 2.33% compared with the classical washout algorithm,at the same time the somatosensory error was reduced by 9.95%.It achieves the purpose of improving the utilization rate of the platform and reducing the error action,andhas the characteristics of rapidity and anti-interference.Based on fuzzy intelligent composite control washout algorithm,by using the genetic algorithm to optimize the filter parameters,through the comparison before and after optimization wash out that movement properties such as displacement curve,the optimal washout algorithm has good quickness,response speed is faster before optimization,from one steady state to another steady state time shortened,perfectly solve the defects of the backward overshoot enables platform in a relatively short period of time and not be perceived by human body under the condition of returned to the neutral position as ready for the next action.
