| As the global civil aviation market is gradually saturated, joint venture has become an effective cooperation mode for airlines to expand their route network and improve their competitiveness because of its pragmatic, direct and efficient characteristics. However, there are still a special relationship of competition and cooperation between airlines on joint routes, with some contradictions and conflicts of interest. If the external market changes,it tends to create an opportunistic tendency and pose a great threat to the stability of cooperation. Therefore, under the background of the positive change of the airline-enterprise cooperation mode towards joint venture,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the stability of airline’s joint from three dimensions: matching, interaction and win-win.In the research, the system dynamics model is used to study the stability of airline’s joint venture cooperation.Firstly, the influencing factors of the stability of airline’s joint venture are divided into three modules: matching, interaction and win-win.The influence path of the three modules on the stability of joint venture is illustrated by causal graphs.Secondly, the interaction relationship between factors is analyzed by DEMATEL method.Among them, the "Control System" has significant influence on other factors.Inversely,"Joint Venture Performance" and “Cooperative Will’ are influenced by other factors obviously. Then,a complete system dynamics model of the stability of joint venture is constructed by synthesizing three sub-modules.Through simulation with Vensim DSS,the impact degree of each factor on the stability of joint venture cooperation is evaluated.Among them,"Joint Venture Performance" has the greatest impact. It is followed by "Relation Management" and "Resources Complement".Other factors have little effect on the stability of joint venture, but the joint action of many factors could cause significant changes. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, some suggestions are put forward for the maintenance and improvement of the stability of joint venture. |
