With the increase of energy demand worldwide,people are increasingly committed to finding sustainable energy.In addition,the rapid development of wireless sensor networks puts forward the requirement of self-power supply for sensor nodes.In order to meet the needs of energy sustainability and system self-power supply at the same time,a variety of microenergy harvesters have been greatly developed.Unlike common energy harvesters such as electromagnetic generators,piezoelectric nanogenerators and pyroelectric nanogenerators,triboelectric nanogenerators(TENG)have the advantages of simple manufacturing process,low cost and good processability.As a new energy harvester device,TENG can not only harvest the energy generated by human movement,but also harvest a wide range of energy in the environment.In addition,TENG can also be used as self-driving sensor in environmental monitoring,health monitoring and so on.Based on the triboelectricity effect,the energy harvester devices using various organic materials as functional materials are studied in this paper.Firstly,PTFE,PE,PDMS,PI and Cu are selected as friction functional materials to build a triboelectric generator based on vertical contact-separation mode.Based on that,the effects of external vibration frequency and acceleration on the output voltage of different devices are tested.Finally,the polyimide-copper triboelectric generator is used as an energy harvester to collect the energy generated by finger pressing to light up the light emitting diode,and the influence of mass and acceleration on the output voltage of the device is explored to construct a system for measuring the micro-harmonic force.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Investigating the development status of nanogenerators,and study the principle of TENG under different working modes,then analyze the basic theory and vibration theory of vertical contact-separation mode,based on these determine the research focus and content of this paper;(2)Establishing a theoretical model of triboelectric generator based on vertical contact-separation mode,using polytetrafluoroethylene,polyethylene and copper as functional materials,making triboelectric generator and testing the relationship between output of different devices and factors such as material,frequency and acceleration;(3)The polydimethylsiloxane was doped with graphite powder of different concentration,and then spin-coated into film and made into triboelectric generator.The relationship between the output voltage and frequency of the device was tested,and the influence of different doping concentration of graphite powder on the output voltage of the triboelectric generator was compared and analyzed;(4)Using polyimide and copper as functional materials,a triboelectric generator is made,and the energy generated by finger pressing is collected to light up the light emitting diode;(5)The triboelectric generator based on polyimide-copper is used as a micro-harmonic force measurement system.The relationship between the output voltage of the device and the simple harmonic force is analyzed.The results show that the force measurement system has good application prospects in measuring micro-harmonic force.
