Mountain orchard monorail vehicle because of its structure,installation and use of terrain and other constraints,vibration and noise,when working on the machine performance,service life,and the fruit quality of transportation,is a larger adverse impact,but currently the monorail transportation vibration analysis and vibration reduction measures in the process of research,is still in its infancy,therefore,in the orchard monorail vehicle cargo compartments vibration test and modal analysis has important practical significance.In this paper,the ZC-3GBYD-300 mountain orchard rail transport vehicle is studied on the vibration of its carriage under different working conditions and its structure is optimized.In Solidworks,the parametric model of the carriage is established,and the static stress and modal mode are analyzed theoretically.Dynamic signal testing system,three-way acceleration sensor and PCB force hammer are used to carry out modal test and analysis on the carriage.The mathematical model of the maximum bending moment on the track of different carriage supporting roller position is established,and the slope performance test of carriage is carried out by selecting appropriate carriage mounting wheel distance,and the vibration of carriage is tested.The main research contents and results are as follows:?1?Analysis of maximum bending moment of monorail transporter and structural esign of track changing deviceWhen the distance between two adjacent support bars on the track is certain,the mathematical models of the track length,the support frame distance and the maximum bending moment on the track are established according to the different space between the support rollers of the carriage,which can provide theoretical reference for the design and installation of the carriage and the laying of the track.The structural design and vibration test of the rail changing device of monorail transport vehicle are carried out.The main parameters of track changing device of monorail transport vehicle are determined:the fixed platform length is 23 m;Angle adjustment range 010°.?2?Vibration test and analysis of cargo compartmentThe vibration test of ZC-3GBYD-300 monorail transport vehicle under idling,horizontal,uphill,downhill,turning and other 10 working conditions was carried out under the condition of no load and full load with full throttle.It is concluded that the monorail truck vibration is mainly caused by the combustion torque of the engine and the first and second order inertial moment of the engine.When turning without load,the vibration amplitude of the whole machine in X,Y and Z directions increases by73.5%,83.9%and 78.5%compared with other working conditions.When turning with full load,it increased by 88.4%,83.1%and 79.5%respectively.When the car is fully loaded,the vibration of the machine will be absorbed.?3?Three-dimensional modeling and modal analysis of cargo compartmentThe parametric model of monorail carriage is established in Solidworks,and the static stress analysis and modal analysis are carried out to obtain its modal frequency and mode.PCB force hammer,dynamic signal test system and three-way acceleration sensor are used to conduct modal test on the carriage,and the modal frequency and mode of the carriage test are obtained and compared with the model value.By increasing the thickness of pipe fittings at both ends of the cargo compartment and installing transverse bars on both sides of the cargo compartment,the natural frequencies of the second and fourth order of the cargo compartment were adjusted to59.746 Hz and 66.632 Hz from the original 56.120 Hz and 64.347 Hz.The combustion torque excitation frequency of the engine when the car turns with full throttle and full load is successfully avoided,and the resonance of the car during the turning operation is effectively avoided,and the mechanical damage caused by the car during fruit transportation can be improved.?4?Vibration performance test of the slope of the cargo compartmentTaking the optimized monorail carriage as the object,the effects of different slope,load quality and rail installation Angle on its vibration amplitude Y1 and swing Angle Y2 were studied.Design-Expert software was used for experimental Design to analyze the interaction of single and multiple factors on the three factors affecting the cargo compartment of monorail transport vehicle,namely,travelling speed X1,cargo quality X2 and rail installation Angle X3.The results show that the influence of various factors on vibration amplitude Y1 is:X1>X2>X3;The influence on the swing Angle Y2 is from large to small:X3>X1>X2.
