With the development of China’s economy,the trend of population ageing and the high incidence of cardiovascular disease and other diseases,people’s health needs of their own monitoring gets more attention.In addition,the rapid development of mobile technology has achieved the feasibility of the wireless physical information detection system,and the existing physiological information detection system on the mobile device can only detect and display the relevant information in real time,rather than analyze it.The work of this paper is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Project NO.61673271,81601631)and the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality(Project NO.14441902800,15441903100).This paper presents a real-time monitoring system for the human body’s multi-physiological information for ordinary people.The system is presented by the basic physiological parameters detection,model validation of anomaly detection algorithm and the development process of smart phone application.These three parts are introduced with detail.The system uses the CAN bus-based data transmission,combined with transparent transmission technology.These technologies realized the interconnection of wired network and wireless network to achieve real-time transmission between physiological information acquisition unit and smart phone.The measurement terminal can realize real-time detection of physiological parameters such as electrocardiogram,blood oxygen saturation,heart rate,blood pressure,body temperature and body weight,and then transmit the data to the smart phone for display and analysis through wireless network.In this paper,the basic measurement methods of human physiological information and the overall design of the hardware system are firstly introduced.The implement method of different function equipment,including terminal,router and mobile software is described in detail,and the message format and routing mechanism in the system are given.Then,the model determination process of ECG anomaly detection algorithm is described in detail,including the training process of normal ECG data segment,the process of determination for model parameters,and the feasibility of the algorithm.Then this paper introduces the realization of the ECG anomaly detection algorithm in Android system,and tests the real-time performance of the algorithm on smart phone.Finally,a physiological parameter detection application program based on iOS operating system is proposed,which can control the intelligent sofa and measure,display the physiological information related to the human body.By summarizing the physiological information detection system proposed in this paper,the shortcomings are analyzed and the future work is prospected.
