With the global environment pollution is increasing, environmental awareness gradually increased and the coal, oil and other traditional energy resources getting shortage, vigorously develop solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy and other new renewable and clean energy has a trend which cannot be halted. In China, the photovoltaic power generation system generate 1kWh power, deduction in the production process of energy consumption, can reduce CO2 emissions equivalent to 1.14kg,which is a huge environmental benefits. The traditional ground photovoltaic power plant use construction land,in addition to the use of barren wasteland, occupy the industrial land, which is in shortage.Promotion of Agricultural-Photovoltaic complementary concept, rational use in agriculture, fisheries, forestry land for photovoltaic power plants at the same time,in the development of the eastern region will solve the photovoltaic current index constraints, the centralized and distributed photovoltaic coexist, improve the new energy power generation accounted for the entire grid. This paper analyzes the development trend for Agricultural-Photovoltaic project. The paper researches the practical point of background, analyzes the development trend, studies the system structure, the main equipment technical indexandtheselectionprincipleoftheequipmentfor"Agricultural-Photovoltaic complementary project".While it analyzes the design and analysis of some specific projects, using Matlab Software data simulation analysis, combined with specific projects. And specific recommendations for the East and the Middle East area in China of Agricultural-Photovoltaic complementary power plant design are given.
