With the deterioration of the ecological environment, climate warming, environmental protection consciousness of people increasingly enhanced and global resource consumption becoming increasingly tense, photovoltaic power generation will become a major force in the field of renewable energy. With the development of photovoltaic industry, photovoltaic power generation market competition is increasingly fierce, especially in America, Chinese, Europe and Japan and other countries and regions. Photovoltaic power share of generation power market is more and more bigger and gradually will become one of the main sources of power.But the development of photovoltaic power generation in China lags behind foreign countries. "Chinese new energy policy (2012)" white paper:by 2015, photovoltaic power generation built installed capacity will reach more than 21,000,000 kW in China. At present, in China, constraints of photovoltaic industry development involved in equipment, technology and other aspects of the core, and key technologies required to conquer, path of development, breakthrough direction all of the objectives have not yet been put forward clearly; involved in grid connected photovoltaic operation and management problems, the industry standard, the net price and system maintenance lack of Scientific management system and policy rules.In this paper, taking Chengwu County of Shandong Province for example, focuses on the design of 20MW photovoltaic power generation system accessing to lOkV voltage-level grid. Thesis take photovoltaic power generation system for the study, describes the background and current situation, discusses the technology characteristics of grid-connected PV, analyzes the structure of distributed PV systems, and photovoltaic modules, inverters, maximum power point tracking control, and then were on the run mode selection of PV modules, PV array, inverter selection, square wiring scheme, photovoltaic grid system connected to the grid, analyzes heat dissipation of photovoltaic cells and reactive power compensation of photovoltaic power station, analyzes economic and social benefits of photovoltaic power plants.
