Abstract/Summary:
The contact of the high-voltage disconnector is a key component in conductive circuit.Silver plating thickness is one of the most important quality characteristics of high voltage disconnector contacts.The SGCC procurement standard require the thickness of silver plating should not be less than 20μm.The complaint analysis related to the thickness shows below factors are the main reason for the problem of poor silver plating: the sampling plan does not match the actual coating thickness pass rate;the measurement system is not evaluated;the silver plating parameters are not clear that the process is not stability.This article takes a certain type of silver-plated contact as a research object,using appropriate statistical methods,describe and analyze the quality characteristics data,find a solution to the problem.Incoming inspection is the most basic method of quality control.Based on GB / T 2828.1,the original sampling test scheme is optimized.By comparing two samplings’ acceptance probability through OC curve,it is confirmed that the new sampling plan has a high detection rate.The application of the MSA confirms that the silver thickness measurement system can provide reliable output for the quality inspection and the significant judgment of the process parameter factors.DOE was used to optimize the silver plating process parameters,realize the process parameters and their interaction.The stability of the contact thickness and the processing efficiency are obviously improved benefit from the optimal parameters combination determined,the resource waste is reduced and the protection of ecological environment is favorable.
