Reactor internal guide tube is an important part of the whole control rod drive line.Its structural pattern affects the pressure drop and flow induced vibration characteristics of the upper chamber.The manufacturing precision of the guide tube assembly and the product quality are directly related the function of the whole RVI equipment,effect the control rod drop time,determine the core adjust speed.The purpose of this paper is to develop the reactor internal guide tube prototype,find out the problems that may be encountered in the manufacturing process,and solve the problems in time.By comparing the performance of the prototype to verified the localization design results.After the guide tube prototype is manufactured,through the friction test of the guide tube prototype to ensure that the friction of the control rod in the guide cylinder is within the prescribed limits.At the same time,we carried out the dynamic characteristic test of the guide tube assembly in the air,in order to obtain the natural frequency,damping and vibration mode of the guide tube assembly.Provide necessary support and basis for building the system analysis model of the components in the reactor,for the seismic analysis and flow induced vibration analysis of the components in the reactor.It is also an important method to verify the calculation results of dynamic characteristics(natural frequency and vibration mode)of the guide tube structure.Through the analysis of the structure and function of the guide tube assembly;the development of guide tube prototype and the dynamic characteristic test,we could further understand the function and characteristics of the guide tube assembly.In order to complete the digestion and absorption of the component design technology better,for the future development of large advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant with independent intellectual property rights to lay a certain foundation.
