As an important tool and research method for the design and analysis of anti-icing system,numerical simulation has been developed in recent years.There are two kinds of numerical calculation tools for the anti-icing or icing simulation,self-code and commercial code.FENSAP-ICE software was used to carry out the anti-icing design and analysis on a civil Turboshaft engine intake box.The flow field was calculated using the ANSYS FLUNENT software.On the basis of the calculation of the flow field,the paper analyzes the impact characteristics and icing condition of the inlet box.Then the temperature distribution on the anti-icing surface was analyzed at different anti-icing air flow rates for the defined anti-icing structure and anti-icing atmosphere according to the anti-icing area determined by the impact of water droplet impact and icing.The hot air flow rate required for the normal operation of the anti-icing system was obtained.
