The snow and icing treatment technology of roads in China is in the developing stage.The research is mainly focused on the improvement of snowmelt agent and anti-icing pavement.However,the research on thermal snow and ice prevention has not yet constituted a system.Snow melting agent is still the main measure for melting snow and ice.The rapid increase of road has promoted the development of active ice and snow prevention technology.Road thermal ice and snow prevention technology is an active ice and snow prevention technology,which is the most widely used and has a good development prospect.Under this background,the bridge anti icing system as the research object,this paper carried out theoretical research on road thermal control.The author develops a road anti-icing calculation software suitable for different environments,and puts forward some anti-ice control logic.These are valuable for the design and application of road ice and snow control in the future.To sum up,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the theory of heat transfer,the unsteady heat transfer model of bridge anti-ice is established,and the calculation process of heat load is deduced by using inverse heat conduction method.The theoretical derivation program is programmed by VC++.From the initial temperature field of the bridge deck,it can be seen that ice may be formed on the bridge deck when it is not heated,and anti-ice treatment is needed.The calculation results show that the thermal load of the bridge heating anti-icing system is 0~206W/m~2 in typical design days.(2)Using Fluent to analyze the temperature field of the bridge deck,the reasonable design capacity and operation time of the bridge ice-proof system are obtained.The influence of different heating load,different heating start time and end time on the anti-ice effect and the running energy consumption of the bridge deck is analyzed.The design capacity and operation time of the bridge anti-icing system are determined.The results show that the design capacity of the system is 100 W/m2~200 W/m~2,which can meet the requirements of engineering anti icing.The design capacity is 100 W/m~2,the heating time is 23:40~06:00,which can minimize operation energy consumption and save operation cost.(3)Combined with flow chart,the anti-ice operation strategy of bridge is analyzed.Firstly,the ON/OFF control and PID control logic mentioned in the calculation software of anti-icing thermal calculation of bridge based on inverse heat conduction theory are introduced.Then two kinds of control logic for highway bridges are proposed.
